The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned target for their role.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Track and record metrics throughout sales process
  • Meet and exceed financial goals
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma from any major
  • Experienced in sales, account executive, lending officer for more than 15 years in shipping, logistic, or banking industry
  • Broad local network
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin or other dialect (Hokkien, Teo Chew, etc.) would be an advantage
  • Residing in any of this areas: Belawan, Banjarmasin, Bitung, Berau, Balikpapan, Makassar, Merauke, Palu, Pontianak, or Timika.
