Job Description:
  • To handle customer’s inquiry
  • To make contact and develop good rapport with customers
  • To maintain records of customer activity and follow up in resolving customer problems with other departments
  • To exercise good judgment in the administration of optional pricing programs, including validation process before invoicing
  • To execute sales tactics in order to generate additional revenues and improving sales productivity for his/her workgroup
  • To build and promote good working environment with his/her sales workgroup
Requierements:
  • Min. Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum of one 1 year experience in the same field
  • Must have a hands on experienced Logistic and Transportation
  • Able to communicate effectively in English both verbal and written
  • Have a good understanding about Logistics
  • Able to work closely with internal customer effectively and accurately
