Job Description :
Account Payable Administration is responsible to file invoices and supporting documents as well as perform other various tasks related to account payable.
1. Ensure invoices and its supporting documents compliance to Company's policy and procedures
2. Rejecting incomplete payment requests which are not payable or not submitted properly
3. Filing invoices and its supporting documents that have been reviewed and validated in the accounting system
4. Monitoring, controlling and recording (if necessary) Incomplete Document (ICD) to ensure the ICD is closed in a timely manner.
5. Administering payments and collecting tax invoices from payment requests to be given to tax division.
6. Administering other related duties assigned by superior
 
 
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent with a minimum GPA 3,0.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field 
  • Having knowledge of Indonesia Taxation
  • Experience with high volume of transaction processing is an advantage 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy and good administration skills
  • Proficient in operating Ms. Office (Advanced Excel)
  • Familiar with accounting system (AccPac/SAP)
  • English literate will be an advantage
