Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Jobdesk:
  • Memeriksa dan melakukan verifikasi validitas dokumen invoice (Work Order, Purchase Order, Order Receipt, dll) sesuai dengan prosedur standar perusahaan (PPN dan Pemotongan Pajak).
  • Memeriksa, melakukan verifikasi, dan menindaklanjuti invoice dari Vendor
  • Memantau dan menindaklanjuti masalah-masalah terkait invoice yang datang dari vendor.
  • Melakukan pencatatan data di excel terkait invoice yang datang dan bermasalah.
Peryaratan:
  • Lulusan S1 jurusan Akuntansi (Fresh Graduate diperbolehkan melamar)
  • Berpengalaman di posisi Account Payable maksimal 2 tahun.
  • Mengetahui proses 3-way matching , sistem SAP & Lotus Notes.
  • Memiliki semangat bekerja dan mengembangkan diri
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan.
