Requirements:
  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Administration skills, filling system, computer literate.
  • Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, and good interpersonal relationship.
  • Able to analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, orientation to detail, work efficienctly, concern for order, business process understanding.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral & writtten.
Respobilities: 
  • Ensuring Cash Management Module is used for all vouchers transaction to create Batch Payment No#
  • Ensuring MCA (Master Cash Advance) is well-arranged according to vessel schedule and ensuring well-received by Captain of the vessel
  • Ensuring all voucher have Batch Payment No#
  • Ensuring the transaction voucher flow smooth without delay
  • Creating Batch Payment No# using B-One Cash management Module, for all transaction voucher
  • Changing to Complete Status for those voucher transaction if it is paid, referring to Batch Payment No#
  • Ensuring the accuracy of each transaction to be Completed in status especially the bank used currency and amount
  • Arranging delivery of Master Cash Advance for all vessels starting on every 20th of the month
  • Choosing the trusted agents with the cheaper price to arrange Master Cash Advance delivery
  • Coordinating with related parties to acquire vessel schedule, such as KBA, Operation and Chartering in order to deliver master Cash Advance on time
  • Coordination and Informing Captain of the Ship about the MCA arrangement (Port location, Time estimated to delivery, Name of Agent or Bank, MCA Amount)
  • Getting confirmation receipt by Captain of the Ships
  • Providing payment details or remittance slip to agent, supplier, or related employee
  • Bank reconciliation every 10 working days
  • Filing document and control AP Aging
