ABOUT THE JOB

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Effective implementation of strategic account planning and budgeting in line with business objective of ONE in terms of achievement of shipment volumes and contribution margin with consideration of marketing plan.
  • Focus on customers oriented services with full integrity by good conduct of service of fast and updated information, i.e. Manage and review booking release in line with the given guidance, control booking within allocation while maximize vessel utilization on each service, prepare daily booking report for space monitoring purpose, review and create forecast for each respective service. This also includes the coordinate and cooperate with principal and other offices in following up daily tasks.
  • Accurate market update and shipping line industry activities to keep ONE as an agile company.
 
COMPETENCIES:
  • Minimum qualification of Bachelor's Degree in any field with minimum GPA 3.00 or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • High English proficiency both verbal and written
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skill
  • Passionate in working with numbers
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Intermediate Excel knowledge
  • Excellent organizing and planning skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Knowledge of basic Marine Transportation process and shipping business would be an advantage
  • Commercial awareness and fast learner in working with systems
  • Proficient administrative skills to manage reporting activities
