Responsibilities:
  • Identifying payment purchase to vendors
  • Controlling account receivable from customers
  • Contacting customers and vendors to invoice related
  • Assisting the Operational Team in matters of sales and purchase invoices
  • Help create invoice on the platform
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in AR can substitute for educational requirement
  • Advance mathematical and logical deduction skills
  • Experience with customer service and client communication
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Google Sheets skills
  • Familiarity with accounting software programs
