Job Description
  • Maintaining the billing system
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Performing account reconciliations
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  • Producing monthly financial and management reports
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
  • Assisting in general financial management and analysis
  • Supporting the documentation of Finance process
  • Supporting all of the Finance administrative tasks as required
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • Final year majoring in Accounting, Finance or related fields
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in new environment
  • An ability to prioritise and manage expectations
  • A keen eye for detail
  • An ability to work independently
  • Fast Learner and Resilient
  • Excellent attention details
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office
