REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the same position and level is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cilandak

JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitoring Collection of outstanding AR all area
Ensure collection process is done by area properly
Review and maintain customer data especially information related with invoicing (invoicing process, term of payment, supporting document)
Sending Statement of account to customers that the collection is done by more than 1 area
Sending Statement of account to customer's finance
Send monthly report AR highlight to Senior Manager, completed with things need special attention from Senior Manager.
Review, improve and create policy or procedure regarding collection in order to smooth collection process.
Send report of collection progress all area
Understanding issue of all invoice outstanding
Do any additional task provided by Management
