Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.0.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience multinational company, preferably accustomed in complex, matrix, fast-paced environment.
  • Required Skill(s): GL Account, GL Transaction, BS Account, FAR, Matrix, Interpersonal Skills, Accounting, Finance, Microsoft Office
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Accounting-savvy, with professional certifications
  • Strong understanding of overall accounting, finance, management principles and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
  • Meticulous, high level of efficiency, accuracy, and attention to details
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job desc :
  1. Responsible for developing and maintaining the accounting principles, follow the company accounting policy, procedures to ensure the timely and accurate financial statement.
  2. Responsible for GL account, preparation, review and monitoring of the GL transactions.
  3. Prepare or review manual journal before posting into the book.
  4. Prepare reconciliation for the GL transaction account balance.
  5. Maintain all schedules for the BS account in timely manner.
  6. Ensure the policy and procedures are being implemented and according to the accounting principles.
  7. Ensure the timely reporting for all monthly financial information (Collecting from other division AR, AP, Bank, Interco, etc)
  8. Ensure and prepare for the month-end closing and year-end closing, provide proper instruction, and also review the transactions periodically.
  9. Maintain the FAR and all relevant approvals, ensure the depreciation is booked in timely and according to the company’s FA policy.
  10. Prepare, Review and monitoring GSCO book include preparation for GL and subledger transactions.
  11. Perform full set account to the reporting for GSCO books, ensure reconciliation for all COA, and timely booking and reporting.
  12. Report directly to the FD and matrix reporting to CFO for GSCO book.
