Deskripsi Pekerjaan

REQUIREMENTS :
 
  1. Graduated from Diploma or Bachelor Degree major Economic (Finance/Account/Banking)
  2. Having experience as Account Payable Staff or Account Staff at least for 1 year, preferably from logistic/forwarding company
  3. Having good knowledge for General Account, AP/AR
  4. Computer literacy is a must : MS Office
  5. Detail, task & target oriented, strong personality, hard worker
 
JOB DESCRIPTION :
 
  1. Manage Account Payable
  2. Maintain payment to vendor in timely manner as per due date of each invoices
  3. Maintain proper Statement of Account reconciliation for all vendors
  4. Data entry vendor invoices correctly to the system with proper tax calculation (VAT, WHT 23%)
  5. Data entry payment processing to system properly and in timely manner
  6. Bank reconciliation
  7. VAT In Reconciliation
  8. Any other ad hoc finance duties
