Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Mengurus semua keuangan cabang (kas dan pembayaran ongkir Lunas maupun Tagih Tujuan).
  • Paham mengenai pengeluaraan operasional cabang.
  • Membuat report harian dengan sistem yang sudah tersedia.
  • Paham rute pengiriman untuk assign pick up.
  • Memastikan seluruh data yang di input sudah melalui proses pemeriksaan yang menyeluruh.

Persyaratan

  • Usia Max. 25 tahun
  • Minimal pendidikan SMA
  • menmiliki pengalaman dibidang admin min 1 tahun (ekspedisi diutamakan)
  • Familiar mengoperasikan komputer.
  • Familiar mengoperasikan Ms Office terutama Excel.
  • Bersedia bekerja dalam tekanan.
  • Bersedia lembur.
  • Bersedia bekerja di  bawah tekanan
  • tekun dan punya loyalitas yang tinggi

           As establish in 2004 located in Jakarta with the main activity are domestic air cargo service and for this purpose we have set up a National agency network, so that we represented in every main airport or city. All those shipment are practice under our own control making us the leading independent domestic air cargo company in Jakarta. We have the facilities and infrastructure to offer comprehensive package of service that include door to door domestic air freight service and airline project service.
          We are looking a qualified candidate as :            
  • Candidate must possess at least SMU, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Sosmed Active
  • Goodlooking & wellgroom
  • Max age 25 years old
  • Fresh Graduated are welcome
  • Good Presentation skill
  • Good Negotiations skill
  • Target oriented
  • Good work individually and in team
