Job Description:
 
Daily administrative tasks on all vehicle related orders, purchase, and invoice reconciliation to be accurate, well documented, and easily auditable such as :
  • Ensure all orders coming into Vehicle Management to be completed within SLA,
  • Ensure all maintenance requests to be completed within SLA,
  • Ensure all maintenance request to be completed within SLA,
  • Ensure all invoices processed on timely manner, submitted to finance correctly,
  • Ensure all request are documented accurately and updated accordingly, to ensure all requests are fulfilled.
 
Requirements:
  • Min D3 from any major,
  • Min 1 year experience in administration, preferably experienced in admin logistics/expedition,
  • Familiar with making invoices,
  • Mastering Ms. Excel well (intermediate),
  • Detail oriented,
  • Having good integrity at work,
  • Having good communication skills (oral & written),
  • Willing to travel around in the city of Jakarta.
