Responsibility :
  • Handle or sourcing new agent, include monitoring request and update status
  • Monitor and followup outstanding shipment status
  • Help cross check Invoice & POD  from Branch based on area and handover with Finance Dept
  • Oversee & provide performance direction to the Branch
Requirements :
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Have min 5 years experience in same position, have working experience in same industry will be an advantage
  • Stong knowledge on agent networking
  • Have valid database of agent (Third Party) is preferable 
  • Skilled in computer operations (Ms. Office especially on Ms. Excel)
  • Good communication skill
  • Able to work with large amount of data
  • Adaptive to ever changing environment and variables found during day-to-day operations
  • Responsive to an event and have a good sense of solving a request or incident
  • High integrity
