Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:
  • Receiving bookings from customers
  • Preparing SI & sending bookings with carriers
  • Preparing daily booking report from customers
  • Making internal & external email communications
  • Maintaining relationship with carriers
  • Comparing shipping schedule as per inquiry
  • Allocating sh. bookings to core carriers
  • Arranging customers, overseas & carriers' inquiries
  • Checking and preparing PBI drafts
 
Requirements:
  • Maximum 25 years old
  • Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) and/or Bachelor's (S1) degree from any major with minimum GPA 3,00
  • Comprehending Air Export-Import Procedures
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Good at both spoken and written English
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Work location: Semarang
