Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:
 
  • Correspondence with overseas agents
  • Space reservation with airlines
  • Costing
  • In direct contact with consignees and shippers
  • Manage import/export with independent, preparation of necessary documents and logistic support functions
  • Invoicing
 
Requirements:
 
  • Graduated from Diploma/Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 3 years working experience (Forwarding company is preferable)
  • Computer Literate (MS Office Program)
  • Honest, Discipline, Mature, Details, Commit, Self-Motivated, Independent, Hard Working, able to meet Deadline and can work as individually as well as team
  • Fluent to speak and write in English
  • Passionate in working and have POSITIVE attitudes; Honest, Discipline, Mature, Details, Commit, Self-Motivated, Independent, Hard Working, able to meet tight Deadline and can work as individually as well as team
