Deskripsi Pekerjaan

JOB PURPOSE :
  • The Air Export Operator is responsible for coordination of all aspects of air export shipments worldwide.
  • To provide and support all Airfreight operational duties through generation of invoices, data entry, supporting of orders from both local and overseas suppliers, and tending to customer inquiries.
  • Understand and act towards the CBD 2020 and global initiatives KN+NextGen.
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES :
  • Handles airfreight export operation from A-Z
  • Check/Receive/Scan & Post document into systems (E-file)
  • Issue invoice, receive/check incoming Invoice
  • Pre-advice for outgoing shipments regardless of terms
  • Update for status of departed shipments
  • Ensure Data Quality Performance 
  • Correct cost entry 
  • Timely Escalation to solid line manager (Supervisor)
  • Ensure cargo export formalities and departure align with customers expectation
  • To perform job based on the approved Air Export Working Instruction and individual customer SOP
 
REQUIREMENTS :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree of Business Admin, Logistics or related
  • Minimum 0-2 years experience in related field, 2-5 years in Air Logistics
  • Good Microsoft Officer Software, Internet Operating, SAlog+ ACON New, KN Login + KN FreightNet
  • Advanced English Skill
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Understand the importance of each shipment 
  • Willing to go extra miles to meet the customer expectation
  • Willing to learn and adapt into fast changing situations and able to provide solution towards subjected issues
  • Prepared for shift work (Weekend and National Holidays)
