Role: Deals with airfreight shipments operations as part of Ninja Xpress Indonesia

Job Descriptions
 
  • Monitor & oversea airfreight operations in Warehouse & Airports
  • Monitor Airfreight operations in our stations
  • Oversee supervisors & team leaders to ensure all freights are measured & weighed and are in compliance to airlines standarts & Ninja's SOP
  • Liasing with internal divisions regarding airfreight operations (CS, Solutions, KAM, PM, VM, SM)
  • Liasing with vendors & airlines to ensure smooth delivery flow
  • Monitor equipment & materials for airfreight needs
  • Improving SLA & FIFO procedures in Airfreight operations
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Cargo/Airfreight Manager is desirable
  • Understanding how cargo/airport operating is a must.
  • Must have good problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Good teamwork skills and strong self-motivation.
  • Good time management skills are essential, especially the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Must be familiar with computer software programs; Word, Excel, etc.
