Role: Deals with airfreight shipments operations as part of Ninja Xpress Indonesia
Job Descriptions
- Monitor & oversea airfreight operations in Warehouse & Airports
- Monitor Airfreight operations in our stations
- Oversee supervisors & team leaders to ensure all freights are measured & weighed and are in compliance to airlines standarts & Ninja's SOP
- Liasing with internal divisions regarding airfreight operations (CS, Solutions, KAM, PM, VM, SM)
- Liasing with vendors & airlines to ensure smooth delivery flow
- Monitor equipment & materials for airfreight needs
- Improving SLA & FIFO procedures in Airfreight operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Cargo/Airfreight Manager is desirable
- Understanding how cargo/airport operating is a must.
- Must have good problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Good teamwork skills and strong self-motivation.
- Good time management skills are essential, especially the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Must be familiar with computer software programs; Word, Excel, etc.
