Responsibilities
  • Conduct objective, fair, thorough, unbiased and timely investigations into allegations of fraud, waste or abuse committed that against our company.
  • Manage and prioritize a large and varied case load effectively and efficiently to achieve positive results.
  • Prepare and coordinate field assignments to obtain relevant evidence and information.
  • Create SOP and system to detect fraud potentital through behavior pattern.
  • Collaborate with other related division to solve the case.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law, Risk Management or any related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of case investigation, Ingenuity and persistence to obtain case information not readily available with an eye for detail.
  • Good organisational skills needed to manage a high volume of assigned cases.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
