Application Support roles are often responding to technical problems that occur abruptly and require immediate solutions. Knowing this, the following duties and responsibilities are generally included in an Application Support job description:
 
  • Possessing specialist knowledge of Operating Systems (Internal System)
  • Providing technical support to teams within the organisation
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Managing coordination at a local team
 
Requirements:
 
  • Degree in IT or related disciplines
  • Have min 2 years of experience in same position
  • Have working experience in same industry will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, .NET/SQL
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Active and responsive
