Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): leadership, details
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
 
For area managed drive operational excellence by complying to the LEX Operating Model and SOPs. Create a culture of Continuous Improvement in service, costs management, and efficiency.  Develop subordinates who are innovative, has a sense of urgency,  and mentor to his/her subordinate.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 
1. Tactical hub planning in terms of resources (manpower, equipment, space, etc) in line with fluctuation of weekly/monthly volume.
2. Work with Sr. Hub Mgr regarding hub expansion and consolidation where necessary
3. Planning on satellite expansion when volume reached the justified level.
4. Support Hub Managers in doing Delivery Run designs. Reporting & Escalation
5.  Periodically monitor & update hub operational performance in terms of service, cost, productivity & efficiency. effective.
6.  Escalate issues and concerns that are beyond his/her authority levels.   Analyzing
7.  Analyze reports and issues. Work closely with Hub Mgrs for corrective & preventive solutions. Optimizing
8.  Ensure that optimization is practiced in relation to roster for Hub Ops and Delivery and hub layout. Compliance
9.  Monitor & ensure full compliance to LEX operating model, SOPs., and Lazada corporate policies.
10. Ensure compliance to laws and regulation of the government.
11.  To ensure Hub is in conducive working environment and all Health & Safety requirement are in place.
12. Report and non compliance.

  • Express: own B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick-up to sort to delivery
  • Transport: Management of our ecosystem of partners (3PLs) along all the transportation components
  • Fulfilment: Operation of a network of warehouses that can fill retail orders on our own behalf, as well as providing fulfilment services to merchants and international brands
  • Crossborder: Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEAN
