Job Descriptions:
  • Initiate and generate ideas, involved in creative strategic thinking, create visual direction and of its application for various projects ranging from branding, copywritting, print, and digital media.
  • Accurately execute and also approved creative works based on inputs from creative director or related business/ strategic team
  • Ensure that all approved creative work meets the requires quality standards, timelines, and budget.
  • Oversee all creative works printing and production process
  • Able to lead and grow the creative team, effectively manage timeline and oversee project execution
  • To independently or collaboratively work with creative team, other divisions, and also outsorced independents.
Requirements:
  • Maximum 35 years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in DKV, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Sense of leadership, self-motivated, passionate, and highly organized.
  • Have a good people relationship management skill and excellent communication skill
  • Aware of the latest creative and digital knowledge/ trends
  • Experience in digital campaign and production
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Adaptability in managing on various projects and tight deadlines
  • Good time management skills and strong attention to details.
  • Strong portfolio with demonstrable problem solving skills
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa.
  • Placement in RDTX Tower, Kuningan Jakarta Selatan
