ASISSTANT SUPERVISOR PURCHASING

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct purchasing activities and process them in the head office and branch offices handled by Administration Division.
  • Forecast levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keep a constant check on stock levels.
  • Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality.
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal divisions and customers.
  • Identify potential suppliers, visit existing suppliers, build and maintain good relationships with them.
  • Conduct supplier/vendor’s evaluation.
 
Requirements:
  • 25-30 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major
  • Have good knowledge of purchasing
  • Have min. 3-year experience in the same position, preferably in a freight forwarding/PMA company
  • Have good administration & negotiation skills
  • Have good analytical, budget planning and control skills
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have integrity and able to work individually or in a team
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office, excel, word, power point)
  • Good at both spoken and written English
  • Work location: Sunter, Jakarta Utara
