Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Personal Qualification:
  • Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya Diploma di bidang apapun.
  • Setidaknya memiliki 3 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang sesuai untuk posisi ini (minimum senior supervisor atau assistant manager)
  • Kemampuan yang harus dimiliki: Cosmetic, Logistics, Warehouse, Distribution, SAP
  • Lebih disukai Manajer/Asisten Manajer khusus dalam Logistik/Supply Chain atau setara yang mengerti proses penyimpanan produk beauty/cosmetic.
  • Good understanding of warehousing processes for beauty/cosmetic product
  • Good understanding of distribution process for beauty/cosmetic product
  • Good knowledge of warehouse management system, especially SAP
  • Good understanding of creating and developing effective and efficient business process
  • Good leadership and problem solver
  • Bahasa yang harus dimiliki: English
 
Main Function
Responsible to ensure the storage and distribution for beauty/cosmetic product meet client’s requirement.
 
 
Role and Responsibility 
  • Planning daily activities for beauty/cosmetic product align with client requirements for below activities such as Incoming/receiving/inbound, Storage, Repacking/Stickering/Labelling, Outbound/Distribution
  • Conduct daily operation review for beauty product to understand the issues and propose corrective and preventive action to the clients.
  • Collaborate with related party to ensure manpower and related equipment available to handle all activity aligned with client’s requirements.
  • Review daily cycle count with Inventory Control team and propose action plan when discrepancy occurs.
  • Conduct daily briefing to all staff every shift to deliver daily planning and understand current issue.
  • Propose overtime to clients wherever necessary to support the operation.
  • Provide daily Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Report to the Manager and propose action plan for any discrepancy occurs.
