  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): leadership, detail
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
The role
Objective:
Implementing and monitoring AVP asset and vendor management to optimum support capability for AVP operation, managing vendor to provide sustainability and maintain AVP operation in hubs to reach optimum target  
 
Enablers:
  1. Managing and monitor AVP asset plan and inventory of AVP uniform equipment
  2. Managing and monitor distribution and replenishment of AVP uniform and equipment
  3. Managing and monitor AVP vehicle deployment plan.
  4. Managing and monitor AVP unit deployment and delivery as per AVP monthly deployment plan
  5. Managing and monitor AVP unit maintenance and services
  6. Managing and monitor costs related to AVP unit maintenance and services
  7. Managing and monitor AVP unit operation and unit development.
  8. Managing and monitor vendor for unit deployment plan, schedule and deliveries
  9. Managing and monitor vendor for vendor products and services
  10. Managing and monitor vendor for AVP training on vehicle handling
Activities:
1. Planning
  1. Coordinate with AVP Operation team and hub team for AVP asset plan, inventory, and distribution.
  2. Coordinate with AVP Operation team for vehicle deployment plan
  3. Coordinate and established communication AVP Operation, vendor, hub and IC for unit maintenance & services.
  4. Coordinate and established communication with AVP account payable ops and vendor for invoices related to AVP unit monthly rental costs and incidental costs
  5. Coordinate with AVP Head for AVP product / unit development
  6. Coordinate with vendor for unit deployment, unit improvement and development of AVP unit operations
Reporting
  1. AVP asset inventory and distribution
  2. AVP unit monitoring report
  3. AVP unit deployment report.
Analyzing
  1. Analyze issues and work closely with AVP Operation Manager, AVP team, hub team, fleet,finance, legal and vendor for corrective and preventive solutions.
Optimizing
  1. Manage and optimizing utilization, effectiveness and effiency of AVP unit operation in Hub operation.
  2. Fully applying or enforcing AVP operation policy and reqgulation based on company’s policy and regulation. 
  3. Manage and optimizing coordination and communication with other business functions

  • Fulfilment: Operation of a network of warehouses that can fill retail orders on our own behalf, as well as providing fulfilment services to merchants and international brands
  • Crossborder: Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEAN
