Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): detail, leadership
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
The role
Objective:
Implementing and monitoring AVP operation in hubs to optimum operation capability, managing and maintain AVP operation in hubs to reach optimum target and sustainability.  
 
Enablers:
  1. Implement and monitor AVP operation capability.
    1. AVP productivity target (assigned and delivered), daily and target
    2. AVP % success delivery, daily and target
    3. AVP operational area coverage and routing
    4. AVP operational utilization
    5. AVP operational capacity
    6. AVP communication and relation with Hubs operation team
 
  1. Monitor and coordinate with AVP Operation Manager dan hub team for AVP IC operation capability and activity / operational in Hub
    1. AVP IC deployment, hub training and tandem run
    2. AVP IC performance related to productivity and % success delivery
    3. AVP IC performance related to KPI applicable to Hub operation
    4. AVP IC attendance
    5. AVP IC coaching, performance review, resignation and termination
 
 
 
Activities:
1. Planning
  1. Coordinate with AVP Operation Manager for AVP target deployment, productivity and % success rate
  2. Coordinate with AVP Operation Manager to establiseh Hub identification based on its characteristic for area coverage, routing, utilization, capacity and number of deployment
  3. Coordinate with AVP Operation Manager to establish communication and coordination with Hub team for AVP deployment, productivity and % success rate, applicable KPI for AVP,  
  4. Coordinate with AVP Operation Manager to establish communication and coordination with Hub team for AVP IC attendance, coaching, performance review, resignation and termination.
Reporting
  1. AVP daily operation report.
  2. AVP weekly report
  3. AVP IC attendance, resignation and termination.
  4. AVP IC performance review
Analyzing
  1. Analyze issues and work closely with AVP Operation Manager, AVPteam, hub team, fleet, finance and legal for corrective and preventive solutions.
Optimizing
  1. Manage and optimizing utilization, effectiveness and effiency of AVP operational in Hub operation.
  2. Fully applying or enforcing AVP operation policy and reqgulation based on company’s policy and regulation. 
  3. Manage and optimizing coordination and communication with other business functions
