Responsibilites :
  • Managing, checking all collection and issuance of invoices to send it to the shipper.
  • Managing payments and checking the credibility of payment receipts through various methods (cash, online payments, etc.).
  • Ensuring all shippers get information about their debts and create invoices
Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance 
  • Having experience in billing at least one year
  • Able to use Ms. Excel is a must (Formulas, Pivot, Vlookup, Hlookup)
  • Meticulous
  • Willing to work under pressure
