Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description :
  • Directing all operational aspects including marketing, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
  • Responsible for operating activities branch such as finance,sales, budgeting, warehouse, controlling, planning, and reporting to Head Office.
  • Achieving sales target and profit target.
  • Controlling delivery process and warehouse.
  • Formulating & implementing sales and business strategic to achieve budgeting sales target (branch target).
  • Approach & maintain good relationship with strategic alliances, partners and clients.
  • Develop, grow key accounts, looking for new projects and increase sales.
  • Running the other related tasks in order to achieve branch’s target.
?Job Requirement :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership & management skill, good presentation & negotiation skill.
  • Detail, hard working, aggresive, capable to work underpressure.
