Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Primary Role :
Directing and controlling the company’s overall activities to ensure profitability and maximize the return on capital in relation to the company’s short-term and long-term objectives.
 
Responsibilities : 
  • Sales & Marketing
    • Increase market share to achieve profitable growth
    • Develop and maintain customers relations and provide services better suitable to their needs
       
  • Operations
    • Assist Country Manager to ensure operational activities run efficiently and effectively
    • Provide direction / guidance to direct subordinates on operational solutions
       
  • Financial
    • Ensure all financial aspects of the branch office are healthy and fully under compliance
       
  • Organization Development
    • Develop and improve staff in order to attain high productivity, positive attitude and creative mindset
    • Encourage all staff to find new ways to add value to the company’s services
    • Responsible for ensuring that company’s regulations and or code of conduct are fully adhered and enforced
    • Ensure compliance to legislative requirements are met or exceeded
       
Qualifications :
  • Education minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Possess at least 10 years experience, 3 years in a senior managerial role
  • Knowledgeable about the freight forwarding and or logistics operations
  • Strong business acumen and strong leadership skills
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Dynamic and eager to meet business challenges
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Domicile in Medan
