One of our client, a Start Up Logistic for Financial Services, is looking for Business Development Manager who has exposure in financial services or having a good channel in banking, insurance, multifinance, payment gateway industry as a client. If you're the right one for this company, you may apply this job.

Descriptions:
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements:
  • Having network in the banking/financial industry
  • Good business acumen
  • Good English communication
  • Age below 45 yrs old
  • Experienced at least 5 years as a Business Development
  • Exposure in leading a team for growing company business
