Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the same position and level.
  • Willing to work in Cilandak
Job Description :
  • Analyze financial statement and make a budget planning for each division in company
  • Defines and creates the strategy management framework and processes for a single, integrated, closed-loop strategy planning and operational execution system.
  • Prepares the strategy map and scorecards.
  • Oversees the process of aligning  business units, support units and employee and cascades strategies and scorecard vertically and horizontally throughtout the organization and ensure the linkage to each other and to the corporate strategy.
  • Manages the strategy review meeting at which the executive team reviews strategic performance and adjusts the strategy and its execution and avoid a short-term financial performance review and crisis management.
  • Ensures that short-term planning and budgeting-task typically performed by the finance department-are aligned with the strategic priorities.
  • Monitors whether the business unit plans provide adequate but not excessive to supply the resources capacity demanded by the strategic plan including capital expenditure/CAPEX and STARTEX.
  • Actively promotes understanding of the company’s strategy and the scorecard in all business units and support functions
  • Works with local line management and the quality management department to see the necessary resources and organizational support have been provided to improve the performance of the strategic processes to ensure the strategy map that identifies the processes are analyzed, redesigned and managed
  • Ensures that knowledge management focuses on sharing the best practices that will be most beneficial to the strategy.
