Deskripsi Pekerjaan

[Responsibilities]

Leading a Car carrier pricing & operating working group more than 8 people
- Team management & employee evaluation.
- Communication with logistics workers, sub contractors, customers.
Overall Car carrier pricing & CBU management operating
- Pricing logistics cost with Sub-contractors(Regular/Irregular Pricing and bidding)
- Handling Sub-contractors operation(Car transportation, PDC Operation)
  - Overall CBU logistics operation monitoring
  - PDC, logistics site monitoring
  - Communication with Sub contractors
  - Improve work process, manual and logistics quality/service
  - Improve and re-design TMS system
  - Regular report on logistics status

[Basic qualifications]

Bachelor’s Degree or above.
10 years or above of logistics work experience in CBU transportation business in Indonesia.
3 + years supervisory experience in automotive logistics industries.
Understanding of Car carrier logistics Process(Import/Export/Domestic) and flow.
Understanding of TMS system flow(automotive company/subcontractors/dealers).
Advantages : Work careers of automotive company or major automotive logistics company in Indonesia.

[Abilities]

Effective written and verbal communication in English.
Ability of understand Indonesian transportation environment and basic law(Especially car-carrier).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
