Key responsibilities
 
  • Arrange import or export activities, from document declaration until cargo clearance
  • Lead coordination with field operations at port for clearance process
  • Manage import or export documentation, i.e. checking and submission to customs
  • Engage with government offices including customs and other technical departments
  • Lead daily internal huddles and across team for monitoring and control the daily shipment
 
We are looking for
 
  • Graduate of any degree, diploma in logistics, transportation, supply chain will be an advantage
  • Knowledge in import and/or export and in freight forwarding or logistics industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and should be able to build good working relationships with our internal and external stakeholders
  • Accurate and detailed working style
  • Good working knowledge in MS Office products, preferably intermediate or advanced level in MS Excel
  • Drives for results and success, conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and opposition
  • Must be willing to work in our warehouse in Cakung.
