Responsible for driving growth and eater visit-to-purchase conversion via in-app content optimisation. This includes improving on categories, banners, widgets, ranking, search, design and visualisation, and other components affecting food discovery. Proactive collaboration with local Sales and Account Managers, as well as country teams (such as Marketing, S&P, UX/UI, Demand Ops teams) and product teams to improve eater in-app experience and ultimately conversions.

Persyaratan
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, operations management, financial services, start-up/tech industry, or relevant experience in content optimisation or product management
Strong people and stakeholder management experience
Great communication/interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate (read/write) in English. Fluent in Javanese is a plus
Strong ability to use and analyse data to inform decisions
Willing to be hands on as needed and proactively assume responsibilities and ownership including the ability to project manage multiple tasks or experiments and provide relevant reporting
Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing and ambiguous environment.
Relevant F&B industry would be ideal
