Job Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university with min GPA 3.0
  • Minimum two years work experience in logistics / trucking / supply chain
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • A responsive, empathetic problem solver to shippers’ problems
 
Job Responsibilities :
  • Manage claims that results from deliveries by Logisly from reporting, investigation to settlement
  • Communicate claim matters to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Assess claim validity and values
  • Liaise with insurance providers as part of claim settlement
  • Help settle claim disputes
  • Continuously measure and improve claim ratio
