Job Description:
  1. Receiving client requests by e-mail and respond within the same day
  2. Processing client requests to the operational section
  3. Create POD (Daily Order)
  4. Establish good communication with clients
  5. Make a monthly report and submit invoice/bill to finance department before term of payment
  6. Controlling database system
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must be Bachelor Degree of any field
  2. Age: 25-30 years old
  3. Get used to using apps, data processing & controlling inventory
  4. Minimum 1 year working experience for data processing & inventory
  5. Computer & gadget literate (using in house apps for inventory, Ms. Office: Excel, Word & Power Point)
  6. Able to communicate with English language (mostly written, occasionally oral)
  7. Able to work together with other staff and team
  8. Good communication skill
  9. Willing to learn
