  • Candidate must possess at least Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
  • A senior role requiring managing and coordination of the offshore geotechnical campaign           
  • Strong, visible HSSE leadership is essential                                                                                          
  • Has clear mastery level knowledge of HSSE domain expertise and application thereof.
  • Has mastery  level competency                 with core geotechnical components above                                         
  • Act as COMPANY Geotechnical office and field  representative during  the  execution  of  the campaign.                                                                                               
  • The role comprises work  in  COMPANY office in Jakarta prior to sail away to ensure HSSE and technical survey preparedness.
  • Work will include reviewing Contractor documentation and deliverables, developing new content and leading and steering the CONTRACTOR to deliver high quality results with zero incident throughout the campaign.  
  • In addition to front end planning the role requires representing the COMPANY's interest onboard the vessel during the campaign and coordinating with B2B's etc.  
  • Liaise and work with the CONTRACTORs                HSSE Focal Point to bring about Goal Zero delivery.
  • Steer and direct CONTRACTOR in respect of HSSE systems and processes.                                           
  • To drive behavioural based HSSE program with the CONTRACTOR.
  • Act as COMPANY field focal point for HSSE matters Review JSA's and risk assessments, advise CONTRACTOR on improvement processes.                                                                                                       
  • Collate and deploy lessons learned Update COMPANY HSSE PIC.                                                       
  • The position specifically provides both technical, operations and HSSE expertise/leadership to the campaign.
