Responsible for the compensation and benefits processes and policies for Company and driving new Company global and regional aligned initiatives to ensure that the right reward strategies are put in place for internal and external talent. This will involve working with regional stakeholders to harmonize policies, engaging with the business on talent management, and maintain an effective rewards framework. Will also be partnering with the business in providing input and advice on reward matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HRIS manager position

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Practical experience with HR database administration including payroll systems (Prefer to have experience handle core functions of Human Resources)

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations

  • Understand the end-to-end process of Human Resources and Organizational Development

  • Have a good skills in presentation, project management skills

  • Advanced in Software skills (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc) and database skills

  • Excellence in regression analysis, logic, statistics, mathematics

  • Spoken and written communication skills in English

  • Knowledge of compensation regulations and market trends
