Our Compensation & Benefit Analyst will be part of J-Express Transformation to be a independent platform for First and Last Mile Delivery Services;
 
As our Compensation & Benefit Analyst, you must have these requirements:
  • Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits Analyst/Manager for more than 4 year(s), coming from Hi-Tech Based Company will be advantage.
  • Maximum 35 Year(s) Old
  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
  • Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office (Excel)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Open minded, ready to do extra-mille since you will be part of a great transformation and development
You will have these responsibilities:
  • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package (including salary structure) that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
  • Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
  • Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
  • Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value
  • Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports
