Kualifikasi :
  • Pendidikan S1 jurusan Sistem Komputer, IT atau Ilmu Komputer.
  • Min. level Koordinator / Supervisor/ Team Leader.
  • Min. 3 tahun pengalaman di bidang IT (lebih disukai di industri Contact Center atau Customer Service)
  • Menguasai Microsoft office dan Visio.
  • menguasai PHP dan HTML Designer serta Photoshop/Corel/Ilustrator.
  • Memahami Contact Center Management System (Customer Relationship Management System, Bits, Avaya dan Crew Management System).
  • Menguasai system pulling email (H mail)
  • Menguasai OS system (Windows Linux), Putty dan Sharing document system.
  • Menguasai troubleshooting PC / Laptop, Instalasi server dan jaringan internet / intranet.
Deskripsi pekerjaan :
  • Memonitor report  dan analisa performansi divisi customer service.
  • Memonitor ketersediaan dan perbaikan infrastruktur tim customer service (software & hardware).
