We are looking for someone that will be responsible for driving continuous improvements across the organization using Six Sigma framework.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze and measure procedures in the company with an eye to improve efficiency
  • Implement programs that will have continuing long-term benefits
  • Handle Balaced Sore Card and KPI implementation of all divisions in the organization
  • Develop plans, schedules, and budgets for projects to improve existing processes
  • Work closely with Finance Department to improve visibility of company's cost structure
  • Manage and direct the work of the Continuous Improvement team
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience as Continuous Improvement Manager or related field for at least 5 years
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is mandatory
  • Excellent communication, management, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya
