We are looking for someone that will be responsible for driving continuous improvements to improve company's overall performance. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skill, deep analytical thinking, and data analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist performance appraisal process and implementation from all divisions
  • Analyze and measure procedures in the company with an eye to improve efficiency Implement programs that will have continuing long-term benefits
  • Develop plans, schedules, and budgets for projects to improve existing processes
  • Handle administration and documents related to continuous improvement and performance analysis

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Proven experience in Continuous Improvement or related field for at least 3 years
  • Understand Balanced Score Card, KPI analysis, and Six Sigma methodology; Six Sigma certification would be a plus
  • Advance in analyzing data with spreadsheet
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya
