Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Assist the submission process of company permit or licenses to related institution
  • Handle confidential documentation and administration of Company permit or license (filling, document control, letter permit)
  • Prepare (drafting and review the company's contract bassed on request from other department)
  • Deal with vendor related tp the notary and any legal vendor regarding company Permit or LICENSE
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for board of director and other meeting
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and report
Requirement :
  • Candidate must process at least a Bachelor Degree in any major.
  • Have minimum experience 5 years as corporate secretary (preferably from multinational company)
  • Required Skill(s) : Corporate legal, communication, negotiation, legal drafting, secretary for Board of Director
  • Good knowledge about administration process
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Have high initiative and good analytical thinking
  • Have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Willing to be placed at Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan.
