Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Assist the submission process of company permit or licenses to related institution
  • Handle Legal documentation and administration of Company permit or license (filling, document control, letter permit)
  • Prepare (drafting and review the company's contract bassed on request from other department)
  • Deal with vendor related tp the notary and any legal vendor regarding company Permit or LICENSE
  • Provide Legal advice for stakeholder/department
  Requirement :
  • Candidate must process at least a Bachelor Degree in Law or equivalent.
  • Have minimum experience 2 years as legal officer (preferably from multinational company)
  • Required Skill(s) : Corporae legal, communication, negotiation, legal drafting, and Industrial relation
  • Good knowledge about legal process administration
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Have high initiative and good analytical thinking
  • Have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Willing to be placed at Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan.
