Job Description :
  • Answering calls, taking messages, handling correspondence
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Reminding of important task and deadlines
  • Typing, compilling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filling systems
Requirements :
  • Candidate must posses at least bachelor’s degree
  • Preferably Less than 2 year experience specialized in secretarial/Exececutive and Personal Assistant or equivalent
  • Good looking and Communication, Flexibility, Assertive, and Proactive, Active, Detail Oriented, Hard Worker
  • Have skill to written and verbal in English
  • Able to using Microsoft Office program, such as Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ready to work at a cool creative office at Jakarta
