Main Function
  • Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors and also act as Corporate Secretary to the Board, preparing all Board agendas and materials necessary for in-person Board meetings and Board calls; taking meeting minutes, distributing and publishing them as appropriate, while safeguarding the confidential nature of the discussions and information shared in the meetings; and filing any necessary information with the corresponding corporate entities.
  • Maintain BOD travel calendar and help BOD  to make travel arrangements 
  • Provide full support of reviewing client contract for both new and extension
  • Process and extend company legal documents including notarial deeds    
 
Skill and Competencies required
  • Good understand in Indonesia Law and regulation
  • Excellent in English and Bahasa both oral and written
  • Focused, positive attitude, flexible, and proactive
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Professional appearance and mannerisms
  • Superior organizational and project management skills:  prioritization, time management, attention to detail, follow through, staying informed with organizational initiatives and priorities
  • Managing schedules and people with tact, diplomacy and poise
Job Requirements Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, prefer with master’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience working at law office or with a Board of Directors
  • Strong computer skill and minute taking
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ready to start working  at Cikarang - Bekasi on July 2020
