JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for company entities (Holding & Sub Company) tax report and compliace to government taxation rules.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handling company taxation’s compliance and taxation report
- Create Tax report (SPT) of VAT and Invoice
- Responsible for bank report of company and it’s subsidiaries
- Monitoring the latest Tax laws, to ensure company Tax compliance align with government regulations
- Responsible for Tax and Custom Clearance
- Perform Tax verification of the amount Tax reported
- Verify and prepare data required by the tax authorities
- Review existing Standard Operation Procedure for Tax Department and propose for process improvement
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Taxes / Accounting or equivalent
- Expert in handling Taxation dispute, have Tax court license
- Having at least 5 years experience in related position
- Have strong knowledge and up to date with Indonesian Tax Regulation
- Compulsory experience in Tax Consulting Firm is an advantage
