Job Descriptions :
Cost Analyst is responsible for monitoring cash and balances and company's cash flows. Cost analyst is also responsible to ensure payment flow and to control company's expenditure.
- Monitoring and controlling payment of crew food and vessels' petty cash
- Ensuring all expenditures are recorded within the accounting system
- Checking and approving cash advance requisition for vessels operational
- Arranging project cost control meeting with team (if necessary) to provide detailed expenses for each vessel
- Recording and reminding team for expenses which exceed the annual budget
- Checking vessel's budget proposal for operation at the end of the year
- Assisting in processing TKDN
- Administering other related duties assigned by superior
 
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. with GPA Min. 3.00
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Having knowledge about Asset Management and Accounting Software (ACCPAC preferred)
  • Ability to analyze operational activities, Cost Flow, and the Nature of costs
  • Good knowledge of accounting transactions and financial reporting
  • Ability to analyze, formulate and solve problems mathematically
  • Have a high level of integrity, deadline-oriented, and  teamwork
  • Have good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English is an advantage
