Would you like to be our COUNTRY 4PL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER located in Jakarta office? 
  1. The incumbent will be reporting directly to Country Management and functionally to Global 4PL Services Manager based in Hongkong.
  2. She/he will be responsible to collaborate closely and effectively with the related vendors
  3. Ensure the operational excellence to meet the customers’ satisfations and support the Global Account Management team for continuously improvement.
 
To do your above roles, we are expecting your qualifications as below points :
  1. Minimum 5 years professional experience in transportation, logistics or supply chain management industry with a comprehensive understanding of CFS, Ocean and Air Operations.  
  2. Understand of retail industry, particularly on Control Tower, 4PL concept as well as Purchase Order Management
  3. Fluent in English communication skill both verbal and written and has an excellent presentation skill
  4. Ability to work in a diverse environment and cultures, pro-active and a problem-solver for continuous improvement
  5. Willingness to involve stakeholders in decision making process and ability to get buy-in
  6. Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
