Client Details
Our client is a multinational company and is currently looking for a Country Director who will be able operate the fast-paced business in Indonesia. Our client believe that their business has provide Indonesians the access to the most innovative delivery solutions. Are you ready to be part of the team and bring the business to the next level?
Reporting to Regional Manager, you will be responsible to lead the business and provides strategic operational leadership; handle all business and operation activities in Indonesia. Responsible to grow the business in Indonesia to
attain revenue goals.
Your responsibilities are:
  • Lead the business and operation activities in Indonesia to grow and achieve the ultimate goal of being the leader in the industry
  • Create and implement new innovative commercial strategy to grow the business in Indonesian market
  • Identify, analyse and execute growth opportunities within the company
  • Develop and manage business partnerships to ensure the business growth in Indonesia
  • Execute strong internal and external communications with all stakeholders
  • Identify and understand market situation, most effective marketing approach, articulate innovative solutions to grow the business in Indonesia and create framework to facilitates effective communication between departments
  • Monitor and ensure cost effective use of budget, forecast and align business needs with control of operation expenses
  • Work closely with both online and offline marketing team to oversee and implement solid marketing plan to build the brand in Indonesian market
Our client is looking for a strong communicator with entrepreneur spirit, structured individual; able to prioritize projects and tasks to achieve operational excellence in a high level of efficiency. Excellent in both Bahasa and English communication in both verbal and written is a must.
Other requirements include:
  • At least 8 years of working management experiences; 6 years in a fast-paced and dynamic environments is preferred
  • Bachelors Degree in Business/Management/ other related majors. Graduated from top-tier university is preferred. MBA is a plus but not a must.
  • Data-driven to drive performance using data and manage budget, P&L and costings.
  • Has strong leadership skills and hands on experience in managing the business operation; proven track-record in management skills in Indonesia is essential
  • Has strong passion in logistic industry
  • Strategic thinker and go-getter mindset to achieve company
  • Pro-actively taking initiatives in projects
